Piel Chinita: un emprendimiento Agile

Abstract

This report is an analysis of the case of Piel Chinita as an imperfect model of application of the Agile methodology of entrepreneurship (according to the authors Ries and Blank). The objective of this analysis is a) to understand if a partial application of this methodology can result in benefits for the company, and b) to make the experience of an enterprise with the Agile methodology transparent to make it more accessible to other people who are undertaking. This becomes valuable in a context where entrepreneurs do not necessarily have the necessary training or capital to implement measurement methodologies within their companies.
